During the yoga and meditation retreat, relaxation, nature andvegan nutrition are very important. The passionate yoga teacher Chiara accompanies you throughout the week in an asana workshop, daily yoga classes, various meditation styles and a Mauna practice.
This week you will also be guided through a culinary journey of the vegan world and find out how simple and balanced a plant-based diet can be.
In addition to the daily meditations and yoga sessions, there is an asana workshop. In this course you will get to know your body better and how to carry out the individual yoga exercises correctly and sustainably. The trip also includes a Mauna practice and a small surprise package.

Yoga has been with me for 10 years now. I am an internationally recognized yoga teacher and specialize in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. I also have further training in Element Yoga and am currently in further training for Personal Yoga, Alignment and Yin Yoga.
I founded Casa Vegana in January 2020 and since then I have been putting all my love and passion into inspiring and transformative yoga and meditation holidays with a focus on “mindfulness in everyday life”. It is important to me to show you the various techniques of yoga and meditation in my yoga retreats.
Together we will find out what you can do for yourself and your body in the long term so that you can integrate more lightness into your everyday life.
Liesel, the retreat dog, has been my loyal companion for two years now and not only gives me a lot of strength and positive energy. Since then, she has also brought the retreat participants a lot of joy every day with her warm, open and playful nature and is grateful for every cuddle session.
