About Friederike: Friederike is a yoga teacher, relaxation trainer and coach for body-friendly posture and movement and has been involved with yoga, relaxation and bodywork for more than 20 years. She is passionate about teaching and supports people in taking a loving look at themselves, in feeling and in becoming more upright. On a physical, mental and emotional level. Unfortunately you can't attend the retreat after all? Just send us an email so that we can adjust our plans. You can cancel free of charge up to three months before the start of the retreat. However, if you want to withdraw from the retreat after this point, the following payments will be made: 30% of the travel price up to six weeks before the start of the retreat. 50% from six weeks and up to seven days before the start of the retreat. 90% of the travel price less than seven days before the start of the retreat. An exception is medical proof of an illness that prevents you from attending the retreat. In this case, we will refrain from collecting any payment from our side. To be on the safe side, we advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance, which will cover the costs if the worst happens.
