During the course, students can request a short consultation with our Ayurvedic practitioner, Ibu Dayu. To schedule an appointment, please approach the staff for available times. We are flexible and can accommodate consultations outside of regular hours. This service is provided free of charge as an inclusion in the course.

More Details

Our purpose-built, eco-friendly bamboo studio is one of a kind, located on the beach in the peaceful village of Sanur. Our second studio was built as a dedicated space, especially for our training students.

Both studios are fully equipped with yoga mats, blocks, straps, and audiovisuals for lectures.

We also have a lounge area, juice cafe, and treatment rooms surrounded by an amazing garden space for you to relax in.

Within walking distance are local markets, temples, beach activities, and restaurants. Here you will find authentic Balinese community spirit, with less commercial tourism.

Enjoy a quiet and serene walk down the white sand beach, breathe in the calm and refreshing energy of Sanur, making this the perfect place to start your teaching journey, and truly experience what Bali has to offer.

We believe yoga is about self-responsibility, so please be respectful of your body in order to avoid injuries. If any pain is experienced during your practice, gently ease out of the movement or posture and notify your instructor. Wearing comfortable clothing and remembering personal hygiene is important as we often share equipment. It may be a good idea to bring a towel. Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach so please refrain from eating within two hours of your class. Stay well hydrated and get ready for some fun.

Food & Dining

Kolonial house packages include a healthy breakfast, served at the studio after morning class, unlimited herbal teas/coffee, and bottled water.

There are 2 kitchens in the house, if you like to prepare your own meals.

There are many options for healthy meals close by, including our partners at genius cafe, 50m from the studio on the beach, who offer 20% off for our students.

The staff will also recommend and take orders for delivery lunches from a variety of healthy budget warungs. Students usually enjoy exploring the village most evenings, for a full variety of delicious dinner venues.
