The food served on this retreat will be vegetarian but if you have any dietary requirements then please let us know when you make a booking and we will do all we can to accommodate you. 7 Days Ayurveda & Yoga. You can come anytime between the dates mentioned(Sunday to Saturday). Minimum stay is 6 nights. You can stay longer if you like under this retreat.
