Together we will explore the eastern practices of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, and Mindfulness. During our week together we will create an experience that allows all participants to embody the experience of bliss, through balance and a deep recognition and EXPERIENCE of the blessing that is our life.
Each day we will spend time in meaningful and practical workshops, allowing us to experience deep connection and bliss. We will also have the opportunity to experience a sacred cacao ceremony, a day trip to Machu Picchu, and explore the local communities.

Gourmet organic vegetarian meals are served daily, using high-protein Andean grains and legumes, as well as organic, freshly harvested vegetables and salads grown on-site.
