While taking the genius Ashtanga Yoga Flow as the basic structure, we may integrate movements and technics from Vinyasa Krama and BKS Iyengar Yoga to support your personal practice. The Retreats are led by Andrea Panzer (KPJAY authorized Level 2) and approved by Yoga-Alliance as YACEP (25 hrs Yoga-Alliance Continuing Education program).

08:45 -11:00: Ashtanga Yoga Mysore practice for all levels! Mysore Style means individual teaching in a group setting.
11:00: veggie/vegan Brunch at the Pool
17:00 - 19:00: Monday and Wednesday: Workshop...Asana-kitchen, Pranayama, Philosophy, or transformative inner journeys.
19:30 veggie/vegan Dinner
