In these individually designed days you will - depending on your wishes and whether you are a beginner or advanced - start the day with laughter yoga and then, depending on your interests, drum, play the guitar, sing mantras or other songs from all over the world and various styles and with the drum or guitar accompany.
Even if you don't have any musical experience yet, I will show you an easy way to get started with making music. Maybe you'll discover a new hobby.

In these individually designed days you will start the day with laughter yoga exercises and then, depending on your interests, drum, play the guitar, sing mantras or other songs from all over the world and various styles and accompany them with a drum or guitar. Even if you don't have any musical experience yet, I will show you an easy way to get started with making music. Maybe you'll discover a new hobby.
If you already have musical experience, I will show you new rhythms or techniques (African djembe, oriental drum and/or guitar). “Just” singing is also possible. Whatever you prefer. Depending on your wishes: singing mantras, drumming (African, oriental), guitar, various styles (mantras, folk, bossa nova) or getting started with playing the guitar. No previous musical experience is necessary.
The detailed program will be coordinated on site, according to your wishes.
You can customize your meals (eat out in nearby restaurants or prepare it yourself). You will be accommodated in apartments with your own kitchen. There are shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. There is a weekly farmers market with fresh fruit and vegetables from local farmers. You will also find restaurants just a few meters away.
