Yoga therapy is an outstanding program that covers the theory and practical tools to support functions of main systems of the body using your own potential to improve well-being and heal yourselves. This program opens a gateway toward independence from medications, internal confidence, ability to help others by spreading the knowledge of methods to support physical and mental health. The program is open for everyone, no prior experience in any yoga practice is required for registration. People of any age and physical condition will benefit from this program.
