We have chosen the theme of energy centers or Chakras as the guiding axis of the retreat to give it coherence. Many of these practices are associated with Ha-tha, Kriya, Kundalini and Raja yoga practices, such as pranayamas, bija mantras, mudras and bandhas. We will develop dynamics and exercises linked to each chakra, from different perspectives to develop their potential, help reconnect with the primordial source and stabilize our inner balance.
An important part of this program is Meditations, among many we have chosen Yoga Nidra< /span> as the most relevant and profound meditation within the techniques of Yoga.
The practices of Yoga will be accompanied and supported by other techniques, in the form of dynamic Holistic Psychology Workshops, creating a powerful synergy. These workshops include dynamics of Family Constellations, Bach Flower Therapy, practices of Reiki and activities with sound and dance at a meditative level.
