Our Yoga Retreat and Holiday in Goa are designed to present our guests with an ultimate opportunity to enjoy a surreal vacation within the beautiful location of Agonda, South Goa while getting an opportunity to practice and implement yogic living in their lifestyle. The 7-day program is for those who are short on time but are still eager to learn the basics of yoga practices and teachings. During the 7-day yoga retreat and holiday, you will get an introduction to various styles of yoga such as Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa as well as get an insight into other aspects of yogic studies such as yoga philosophy, alignment and adjustment, anatomy, meditation and yoga nidra. As you will be joining us on Yoga Retreats in India, we want to ensure that you also have ample leisure time so you can unwind yourself and explore the many beaches and attractions around Goa.

We offer three home cooked, nutritious satvik meals to all our students. Herbal tea is offered twice each day. There are also special arrangements for students with a vegan diet. The meals are offered from Monday (breakfast) till Saturday (lunch). Due to off over the weekends, out kitchen staff aren’t available during Saturday dinner and all of Sunday.
