The yoga retreats at Ek Omkar are designed for both beginners and established practitioners to come and experience the yogic way of life. A fast-paced lifestyle is accompanied by bodily weariness, pranic blockages, and mental stress, leading to emotional imbalances, all of them interconnected and eventually preventing oneself from being in harmony. With planned diets and various yogic practices including Naturopathy and Ayurveda, the retreat is designed to bring about a better understanding of the self. Ek Omkar provides a well-planned environment to bring one in close contact with nature thereby providing a pure surrounding. The body is rejuvenated through asanas and pranic healing methods, yoga nidra sessions, and restorative practices, and the mind is made free from external impressions to help one connect deeply to the inner self.
During the yoga retreat, you will be served three vegetarian meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) a day excluding Sundays. Our chefs prepare sattvic food every day with fresh ingredients. We do not compromise with the quality of the food as it is an essential part of the yoga retreat.
