In addition to yoga, healthy food is also an important part of this yoga retreat. Delicious home-made organic and Ayurvedic meals are prepared every day, not to mention delicious smoothies, salads and, not to mention, delicious desserts. Of course, a fresh cup of coffee with brunch should not be missed. Enjoyment is central during this retreat! The meals are made with as many local and organic seasonal products from the area as possible. Really enjoy!!
