7 Day Yoga and Surf Camp with a Wildlife Tour and Cookery Class in Arugam Bay, Eastern Province

Join Lankan Tour Hub at Excellent Surf School in Arugam Bay, Sri Lanka during this yoga and surf camp program. There, surfers of any level will be able to refresh themselves and have access to beautiful warm water. Arugam Bay has been considered a little slice of paradise by some, and the same can be said about the villa, waves, and surroundings.

Day 1: Arugam Bay Beach - basic sunset yoga class Your check in time is at 12 p.m. at the hotel. Once you've checked in, you will have a basic sunset yoga class in the evening (for almost one and a half hours) and it will be start at around 5:30 p.m. The class will end at around 7 p.m. and you will be back at the hotel at around 7:30 p.m. Day 2: Peanut Farm - yoga Class - 2 basic surf lessons You will begin your day by enjoying a breakfast buffet, a combination of Sri Lankan and western foods (changing daily). After the breakfast, your morning yoga class will start at 7:30 a.m. You will have a surfing lesson or professional surf guiding at Excellent Surf School on the beach for almost two hours. You can collect your basic surfboard and start your practice with the surf teacher. You will have buffet for lunch. In the spare time, you may relax on the beach, go snorkeling, or you are free to practice surfing with the surf teacher in the afternoon. On this day, two surf lessons are included. You can go watch the evening sunset locations on the beach and do yoga with a yoga teacher till the sun goes down. In the evening, you will enjoy barbecue grilled dinner or Sri Lankan food and take a rest. Day 3: Whiskey Point - yoga - 1 surf lesson - Kudumbigala Monastery - Lahugala National Park Elephant Safari You will begin your day by enjoying a breakfast buffet, a combination of Sri Lankan and western foods (changing daily). After the breakfast, your morning yoga class will start at 7:30 a.m. You will have a surfing lesson or professional surf guiding at Excellent Surf School on the beach for almost four hours. You can collect your basic surfboard and start your practice with the surf teacher. You will have buffet for lunch. In the spare time, you may relax on the beach, go snorkeling, or you are free to practice surfing with the surf teacher in the evening. You will start climbing to visit Kudumbigala Monastery and Lahugala National Park Elephant Safari at around 3 p.m. You can watch the evening sunset from the top of the rock. In the evening, you will enjoy barbecue grilled dinner or Sri Lankan food and take a rest. Day 4: Elephant Rock / Baby Point - yoga - 2 basic surf lessons - cookery class You will begin your day by enjoying a breakfast buffet, a combination of Sri Lankan and western foods (changing daily). After the breakfast, your morning yoga class will start at 7:30 a.m. You will have 2 surfing lessons (one in the morning and one in the evening) or professional surf guiding at Excellent Surf School on the beach for almost four hours. You can collect your basic surfboard and start your practice with the surf teacher. After the morning surf lesson, there will be a Sri Lankan cookery class at around 11:30 a.m. and it will be complimentary lunch for you (Sri Lankan style buffet lunch). In the spare time, you may relax on the beach, go snorkeling, or you are free to practice surfing with the surf teacher in the evening. In the evening, you will enjoy barbecue grilled dinner or Sri Lankan food and take a rest. Day 5: Crocodile Rock / Whiskey Point - yoga - 2 surf lessons You will begin your day by enjoying a breakfast buffet, a combination of Sri Lankan and western foods (changing daily). After the breakfast, your morning yoga class will start at 7:30 a.m. You will have a surfing lesson or professional surf guiding at Excellent Surf School on the beach for almost two hours. You can collect your basic surfboard and start your practice with the surf teacher. You will have buffet for lunch. In the spare time, you may relax on the beach, go snorkeling, or you are free to practice surfing with the surf teacher in the afternoon. On this day, two surf lessons are included. Day 6: Peanut Farm - yoga - 2 surf lessons - boat safari You will begin your day by enjoying a breakfast buffet, a combination of Sri Lankan and western foods (changing daily). After the breakfast, your morning yoga class will start at 7:30 a.m. You will have 2 surfing lessons (one in the morning and one in the evening) or professional surf guiding at Excellent Surf School on the beach for almost four hours. You can collect your basic surfboard and start your practice with the surf teacher. After the morning surf lesson, there will be spare time, you may relax on the beach, go snorkeling, or you are free to practice surfing with the surf teacher in the evening. In the evening at around 4 p.m., you will be heading for the lagoon safari by boat. This excursion will be 3 hours. Once you return to the hotel, you will enjoy barbecue grilled dinner or Sri Lankan food and take a rest. Day 7: Arugam Bay Beach - Baby Point - yoga - 1 surf lesson You will begin your day by enjoying a breakfast buffet, a combination of Sri Lankan and western foods (changing daily). After the breakfast, your morning yoga class will start at 7:30 a.m. You will have a surfing lesson or professional surf guiding at Excellent Surf School on the beach for almost two hours. You can collect your basic surfboard and start your practice with the surf teacher. After this day's morning surf, all the lessons are finished and hopefully, you will catch your own waves at your own surf spot. A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price. The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled. The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
