We can organize a surf lesson or a surf trip adventure to the best spots in locality for you. Our local professional ISA certificated instructors know the ocean, currents, and tides in the area and can insure your safety on the water. With them you will easily learn paddling, standing on your board, and catching and riding waves in no time– with lots of fun! Surf board, rush guard, zinc – everything will be provided, no stress, just enjoy!

The food is an important part of the retreat program, to improve the meditation practice the vegetarian diet and non-alcohol is recommended.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served for you at their restaurant. You will have an amazing opportunity to connect with Sri Lankan culture through cuisine: curries, sambols, soups, spices, herbal drinks, and plenty of fruits. All the best the island can offer! You definitely will be amused at how tasty and rich in varieties vegetarian diet can be!
