How will we do it? With daily practices of Yoga, Meditation and Personal growth workshops, creating a powerful synergy between all these techniques. The personal growth workshops include dynamics of Family Constellations, Bach Flower Therapy, sessions of Reiki and activities with sound and meditative dance. This retreat will help you generate more inner balance, and become aware of the limiting beliefs that control our lives.
