You will start your mornings with energizing yoga flows, the afternoon is filled with creative workshops such as painting in the Andes mountains or hiking to hidden waterfalls. In the evenings, you will rest and restore your bodies with rejuvenating yoga practices, sound healing, and breathwork.
A mix of energizing Vinyasa flows and Restorative classes will be offered daily throughout the retreat. Claudia is known for her powerful, dynamic flows. Codi will guide you through multiple breathwork workshops to help refresh your mindset and release any trapped emotions.
