We will go into a journey of nervous system regulation, working with fascia and reconnecting with your body in the ways of somatic movement, meditation/visualisation and breathing excercises. You will learn with theory and practice how to bring your body efficiently to it's natural rest & recovery state, and bring these skills as part of your daily life or even add them to your teaching repertoire, if wellness is also something you work with.
The retreat will immerse you into the world of somatic self-care, combining movement, visualization or meditation, and breathwork practices. You are starting the days with nice yoga to get energy flowing in the body, followed up with a short morning meditation.
After breakfast, you have a workshop, in which you get into themes of nervous system regulation, working with fascia, etc. in theory and practice. The evening class is a full somatic movement class to bring the body and mind into a rest and recovery state. In your free time, you can enjoy the pool and other facilities of the villa or go out and explore Fuerteventura with your new friends.

My mission is to bring you towards more joyful living with ease and lightness, with practices that help you to go deeply within yourself when experiencing your body and emotions, refining your movement patterns and learning how to express freely through the body, while staying connected to yourself.
I blend techniques from somatic movement, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, contemporary dance, breathwork, and various meditation and embodiment practices. I am Yoga Alliance certified yoga and meditation teacher (500 hrs), trained in Europe and Nepal, I have BA in Dance and I am certified Movingness instructor with levels 1-3 (300 hrs in somatic movement).
