Join Moksha Yoga Amazónica for an intimate one-week yoga retreat in the Peruvian Amazon, with experiential excursions to Tingana Eco-Reserve and a Karma Yoga Volunteering Service Project teaching yoga to kids and conducting a beach clean up. Through daily yoga and meditation practices, singing mantras, and exploring nature, tap into your primal energy and creative force! This offering is dedicated to everyone who are longing for a reconnection to themselves and nature. Our retreats take place during our 200 hour yoga teacher training courses, and as such, in addition to pranayama, meditation, and asana practices, you can sit on any of the training’s theoretical lectures on yoga philosophy, teaching methodology, etc. None of the practices, lectures, activities or excursions are mandatory, and you are free to attend whichever you prefer and relax whenever you wish to.
Whether you are beginning your yoga journey or are an advanced practitioner searching to expand your knowledge, this teacher training will deepen your yoga practice, detox your body and mind, and bring you confidence and inspiration to become a joyful and knowledgeable yoga teacher.
