During the retreat, our passionate chef Merel is ready for you to ensure that you enjoy the healthy and, above all, delicious taste sensations. The vegan and vegetarian meals are composed in such a way that even meat lovers will not be short of anything. All dishes are prepared with local and, where possible, organic products. A light pre-practice bite, an extensive lunch and dinner are offered daily before yoga. You will be completely pampered in the culinary field and eat delicious, varied and healthy food!!
