Our retreats are Holistic, meaning we do not focus on treating one area of the body or one specific practice, instead we look at helping and healing the entire body as a whole, mind, Body and Soul. We combine the health benefits of yoga & holistic therapies with clean organic plant-based foods, fresh air in the mountains of the Nicoya Peninsula (one of the 5 blue zones of the world), sunshine and being in and re-connecting to nature. This allows us to give the body the best possible conditions to start its’ own natural healing process, in the meantime treating many other ailments and conditions.
You will enjoy daily intensive yoga, accommodation, and three meals per day. Optional extras include daily trips and airport transfers.
The Nicoya Peninsula is known as being one of the 5 blue zones which are regions in the world where people are claimed to live or have recently lived, longer than average.
Set in one of the world's five blue zones, their glamping retreat center is the perfect location to escape it all, relax, unplug, destress, and unwind. Hosting private and small group retreats, they offer a truly unique experience for you to immerse yourself in nature, go within yourself, and experience peace. A truly rejuvenating and healing experience!
Private glamping wellness retreats are hosted in a remote location at their venue: Zion Holistics Retreat and Wellness Centre, which is in the mountains of the Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica.
Accommodation consists of a simple, modern, furnished bell tent (sleeps 1 to 4 people) with amenities on their 1.6-acre property where you will be surrounded by nature, animals, birds, and fruit trees. Expect to see lots of birds, insects, and animals including howler monkeys, deer, butterflies, woodpeckers, and dragonflies to name a few.

A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price. The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled. The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
