6:30 - 7:00 AM: One of our staff will come to your door with warm lemon water, and right after drink your Psyllium and Bentonite shake. You'll have some time to settle into the day.
7:00 - 8:00 AM: Guided journaling. Start your day right with self-inquiry prompts, and trauma-healing writing exercises.
8:00 - 9:00 AM: Light Breakfast
9:00 - 10:00 AM: Yoga or gentle movement like a walk in the local village. Superfood cold-pressed green juice.
10:30 AM: We depart for a site visit.
1:00 - 2:00 PM: We'll have lunch packed from the resort.
3:00 - 5:30 PM: Continue site visits, and return to the resort.
6:00 - 6:30 PM: Guided meditation
6:30 - 7:30 PM: We encourage intermittent fasting, but we understand it doesn't work for everyone, so we'll have fresh fruit, and vegetable soup available at this time. We recommend you have one or the other.
7:30 - 8:30 PM: Flax-seed digestive tea, and free time.
8:30 - 10:00 PM: Sauna and cold shower.

Dining at Pacha Munay is based on a philosophy of world cuisine made with local organic ingredients, many grown in our gardens. We also work with a few local organic producers to ensure the highest quality and freshest food.
Food safety is a top priority for us. We use water filters and ozonation to clean any raw fruits and vegetables. We buy drinking water from a local purified water supplier.
We are able to cater to most dietary restrictions, with the exception of nut allergies.
