Want to do less, kick back on a hammock with the ocean breeze, or go on a solo bike trip through the jungle to the beach? If you want to do more, take on some of their extra activities, or have them arrange a tour for you during your free time.
There are daily rooftop sunrise and sunset meditation and yoga practices with panoramic views of the beautiful Caribbean ocean. The classes focus on classic sequences and modifications meant to get you out of your head and connected with your inner wisdom. To channel and liberate emotions for awareness within the physical and subtle bodies within.
Enjoy a beautiful massage with the sound of the sea as your background and walk the paths that the Mayans once walked. Top off your days with evening Restorative Yin practice on the rooftop watching the sunset each evening!
