Experience Overview
A 7 days of disconnection from the regular life. Where you will come to relax and explore (again) your inner self love and acceptance.
Disconnect from the outer world and connect to your world within. In an intimate group of only max. 8 people at our home Moonspiration. More than just yoga. Expect yoga classes, meditation, mantra singing ceremonies, workshops, food, accommodation, beaches, mountains, chickens and a big garden with views at Moonspiration!
Together you will have two big nourishing meals per day and you can always grab some food in between. The kitchen is open to everybody.
You can expect a variety of fresh, seasonal vegan, and vegetarian food. There are always snacks like fruits and nuts available to eat.
Expect traditional Spanish paella, Indian curry made with vegetables from our garden and the market, and also many different homemade breads from the stone oven.
