This program is designed for everyone who wants to learn meditation, get established and grow in it, and get all the beautiful benefits it has to offer. For this purpose, they highly recommend to follow the daily schedule.
You will have two meditation sessions daily for 60 minutes each. One for sunrise and one for sunset, one session of gentle yoga flow and journaling according to the teacher's guidance. And plenty of free time when you can rest, go for a beach walk, or explore the neighborhood.
The meditation method you are going to practice under the guidance of an experienced teacher for seven days is Anapanasati - mindfulness of breathing, which is a beautiful non-religious, non-dogmatic, non-mysticism technique suitable absolutely for everyone.
