Experience Details
The spring season represents a time of growth, expansion, and rejuvenation, and is the best time to allow yourself to open up. This retreat will embody this concept of opening, and supporting you in your personal expansion. The focus will be to create space and to clean both bodies and mind through the daily practices.
The asana classes will let you feel more open, the dynamic practices will help you (re)build your energy, and the evening restorative practices will help you create long-lasting space through the long holds into the postures.
Daily pranayama and kriyas (yogic cleansing practices) will feel like a detox for the body, removing energies stuck, and will give you the feeling of clearing your mind. Daily yoga Nidra will rejuvenate you on a deep and profound level.
You will also have the opportunity to learn about spring in Chinese medicine, and how you can use some tools to support you during this season. Spring is also a great opportunity for new beginnings, as nature is getting back to life. You will embrace this movement and plant seeds of intention during the ceremonies.
Through these combined practices and the powerful natural setting of the Tramuntana mountains, you will explore and experience your practice in greater depth and discover new hidden treasures. Supported by the Solar energy of Mallorca, you will let yourself bloom like a flower blossoming in springtime.
