With no set start date or durations, you have complete flexibility. We give people the best ingredients to have the perfect retreat - but you are the chef! You decide your arrival date, duration and the activities you do. You have your independence yet in a group setting so you still have the chance to meet likeminded individuals whilst allowing yourself time to recharge, reconnect and be you.

You will have 3 daily nutritious meals using all fresh and local ingredients. To keep you fit, there will be group exercise sessions such as CrossFit, Calisthenics, and primal movement. You will learn about the techniques on how to live a healthy lifestyle through educational workshops and discussions on goals, habits, mindfulness, and nutrition. You will leave the retreat feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be taken at any time after 9:00 a.m. and before 8:00 p.m. Tuesdays are set aside as active rest days. These will be the days you do your excursions.
