Through daily yoga and meditation practices, singing mantras, and exploring nature, tap into your primal energy and creative force!
This offering is dedicated to everyone who is longing for a reconnection to themselves and nature.
Our retreats take place during our 200 hour yoga teacher training courses, and as such, in addition to pranayama, meditation, and asana practices, you can sit on any of the training’s theoretical lectures on yoga philosophy, teaching methodology, etc.
None of the practices, lectures, activities or excursions are mandatory, and you are free to attend whichever you prefer and relax whenever you wish to :)
You will also have the rare opportunity to attend yoga teacher trainees teaching their first yoga class, which are extremely well-prepared and thought-out unique yoga classes.
