The BNKR Camp is not just a beach gym, fitness camp and café but rather a lifestyle. It’s a way of life. It’s the choice to embrace getting back to your natural form, move better, eat real food and tap into your inner wild.
You don’t have to be a CrossFitter. You don’t need to know your dumbbell from your kettlebell. You just need a willingness to leave your ego at the door, go in hard, have fun and embrace the challenges we set you.

09:30 Kite lessons (or transport to the lagoon for those that already kite)
13:00 Lunch
14:00 Free time (massage, SUP, kayak, PT session, workshops)
17:30 Fitness class
18:30 Stretch and mobility
19:00 Dinner
3 daily nutritious meals (does not include certain beverages, average 2000 calories a day / 120 grams protein depending on specific client requirements).

6 nights accommodation in an AC Garden Bungalow
Full meal plan catering to fitness objectives (fresh, local ingredients, and unlimited drinking water)
12 hours group classes
Daily deep stretch and mobility classes
2 personal training session
