This ancient ayurvedic quote is what we live by and therefore, 100% fresh, hygienically prepared, organic, sattvic food is included in the course fee. Yoga is not just an exercise but a way of living and therefore, it is important to monitor what we are eating to get the complete benefits from practicing yoga.
Yoga, when combined with healthy eating habits provides the practitioner with maximum benefits as Sattvic food helps to stimulate the mind and body as opposed to Tamasic food that makes you feel less energetic and lethargic.
