Celeriac, celery, kale, grapefruits, parsnips, pomegranates, broccoli, and sweet potatoes are all at their very best during the months of February and March and can be used in so many different ways to enhance, enrich and create divine dishes.
Think of warming broths, packed with ginger, garlic, sweet potatoes, and parsnips, perhaps adding a touch of organic miso and some fresh, local chilies to pack a little punch. Or why not create a power juice to kickstart your day using celery, apples, kale, and avocado, mixed with organic almond milk or water, depending on your taste, such an easy and delicious way to up your daily vitamin and mineral intake.
