This retreat is a complete step back from work and routine, to immerse yourself in a week of daily yoga practice, and delicious vegetarian nutritious food.

After the morning class, we will have brunch together on the terrace, with fresh juices and delicious veggie food.
The food is cooked and menu picked specially by one of the most renowned chefs and great personalities of Ibiza Island, Sid Shanti and his team. We will have beautiful vegetarian fresh brunches, and light suppers at nights.
A typical brunch menu will consist in delicious fresh and colorful salads, a main dish, amazing dips, fresh soups and juices and plenty of superfoods that will ensure you finish the week feeling revitalized, cleansed and happy.
