Marbella Wellness & Fitness Retreats are a reboot of your mind, body and spirit. Each day of your retreat provides you with a unique opportunity to experience various workouts from our expert training team.
Enjoy beach fitness, yoga, pilates or any activity or sport you fancy, all outdoors on and near Marbella beaches. Cycle on beautiful country roads through the Andalusian nature, run on the famous Marbella beach boulevard, experience yoga, zumba, martial arts or pilates as the sun rises.
Go even paddle boarding, trail running or let´s hike in the hills of the beautiful Juanar or the Sierra Bermeja. Relax and feel rejuvenated after your massage and Spa visit and enjoy beautiful peaceful evenings with superb views from your private terrace.
You will leave our retreats feeling fitter and more relaxed and our training team will empower you with the knowledge to make healthy choices/decisions once you return home.

We offer many times vegetarian food not because we promote vegetarianism, but because we believe on average people don’t eat enough vegetables and we want to inspire our guests to eat more by showing them how amazing and yummy they can be!

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, we will refund the amounts paid minus a €200,00 cancellation fee. For instance, there will be no refund in case of cancellation within four weeks of arrival, and as a result, exceptions on request only.
