Join us for our unique and carefully designed retreat to connect with horses, nature and your inner strength. This retreat combines the daily practice of yoga, guided meditation and the study of Natural Horsemanship in order to improve your body language, focus and leadership. Be present and in the now. Breath in the fresh air and peace of our cosy mountain farm. Practice mindfulness and go in contact with yourself through your equine partner and while meditating. Feel yourself and your horse moving together in harmony and during your yoga class. Soak in the life and peace of our jungle surroundings.
Day 1
3pm: Farm Tour - We take you on a walk through our tropical mountain farm and you will learn about eatable and medicinal plants we grow here.
4.30pm: Tea Circle - Pick a leave from our medicinal garden to prepare your herbal tea. We will sit together to meet and set goals, discuss wishes for the retreat.

10 am: Horse Connection Lesson - Ground Work: All students will be paired up with a horse/pony and we learn the basic principles on how to communicate with our horses using body language

3 pm: Awareness Trail Ride - We ride out, practicing presence with our horses and discover the stunning views of the area.

1 pm: Orosi Hot Springs - We take a car ride down passing the beautiful lake of Cachi to the volcanic thermal springs of Orosi. The installations also host a coffee tour included.

Find rest and enjoy time in a private ocean front, jungle nature sanctuary tucked away at the Samasati Yoga and Wellness Retreat Center. Exclusively for women, you will escape the fast-paced life of career, raising children, and being everything to everyone.
This wellness experience is meant to be a venture into the solace and solitude of this ocean front jungle oasis and offer you time to reflect, reboot, and recharge.
Each day starts as the jungle comes alive with a 6:30 am movement, meditation, and mindfulness in the morning session. You will wake with the sounds of the local howler monkeys as you find your bodies, souls, and spirits through your daily intention setting and theme.
Days are designed to be free flowing with time for a massage, private wellness treatments, hiking, and relaxing at the beach or pool. Each afternoon, you gather again for yoga, deep stretch, or guided meditation before dinner.
You're welcome to relax in the hot tub overlooking the vast moonlit jungle to bring your day to a close.
Allison will offer interactive workshops during the weeklong event focusing on "How Women’s Hormones Impact Health: a peri, pre, and menopausal deep dive" and "Gut Health Matters! – How you can eat to strengthen your mind, body and soul."
Each retreat guest will receive a 40-minute private health coach session with Allison and can expect to return home with simple food and lifestyle strategies in place to help you lose weight, balance hormones, restore gut health, or simply set you on a journey to feel your best.
You will be served three healthy vegetarian (optional vegan) meals every day included in the price. The animal products used are mainly produced on the farm like eggs, milk, yogurt and cheese. Each retreat will be accompanied by a carefully designed and with loads of love prepared, diet that will complement your activities and help you to achieve set goals with a clear mind. At Finca Soley, they choose fresh local ingredients and can accommodate any special wishes.
