Experience Overview
This program is tailored for those over 55 who are interested in keeping flexibility and balance in every respect of their lives, this doesn’t mean you can't bring a younger friend or family member with you of course. Hatha yoga and the ancient Chinese forms of exercise of Qigong and Tai Chi can gently and safely help you accomplish the level of fitness you desire to enjoy a healthy and active later life. Learning to cope with the stresses and anxieties of everyday life through mindfulness, meditation, and awareness can help you remain much more mentally alert and be well-balanced.
You can choose to detox with juices or just eat healthily, all meals are planned to be health conscious, but everyone likes fun too and you will eat out two evenings during your stay in local restaurants.
