The days will start with drinking warm lemon water to give a kick to the lever. Next will be one and a half hours of morning Hatha Yoga practice, with asanas, pranayama, and meditation sessions.

We start the day with a long pranayama, yoga and meditation session on the rooftop shala overlooking the surrounding hills and valleys all the way to the sea.
This is followed by a delicious brunch full of seasonal fruits from the region, excellent local cheeses, a fresh seasonal smoothie, tasty breads, porridge and much more; also catering excellently to vegan and gluten free diets.
During the day you have free time and the option to join group activities taking advantage of Crete’s nature including at least two beach trips and a hike. Before and/or after dinner there are also optional workshops/activities you can choose to join, specifically:

The connection between the body and the mind is a very real one, with the way your body feels playing a big part in how your brain functions and whether or not you experience a state of well-being.
Keeping your body free of toxins, free radicals, and other nasty things that can end up in our insides is essential to maintaining a healthy life.
Detoxing the body also through yoga brings additional benefits which cannot be achieved through diet only or by any other means of detoxing.
Also, detoxification through yoga improves the function of internal organs and removes impurities from them.
Detoxing of the mind through meditation and special pranayamas as well as a cacao ceremnoy with singing of sacred songs
On this retreat, you will be able to enjoy an oil massage featuring special flowers and herb essences to detoxify through the skin.
You will be served a beautiful brunch with healthy food like vegetables, various local cheeses, fruit salad and muesli, tahini, smoothies and many more. There will be warm water with lemon to give a kick to the rise first in the morning. Herbal infusions and detox smoothie will also be available.
