9.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. - Combination yoga class
11.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. - Karmayoga, yoga lecture, self studies, beach walk, etc.
12.00 p.m. to 1.00 p.m. - Lunch
1.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. - Individual Excursions (Temple Visit, Tea plantation visit, etc.)
4.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. - Hatha and Vinyasa yoga class
6.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. - Buddhist Meditation Class with Mantra Chanting
7.45 p.m. - Dinner
This program is a drop-in yoga class created by chief yoga instructor Chanaka Rukshan. This class will be suitable for beginner to advanced yoga practitioners. In this class, you can learn major elements of Traditional Hatha Yoga with Hatha Vinyasa flows and a combination of Kundalini Yoga practices.
If you pay for more than 5 Classes there are special discount packages. We provide yoga Mats. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water for your comfort.
