In this training course, you will learn how to teach aerial yoga to different age groups. Whether you want to expand your knowledge as a yoga teacher integrate aerial yoga into your educational work, or simply want to experience aerial yoga in a new way - then you've come to the right place!
Aerial Yoga is the merging of yoga with the feeling of weightlessness. In this retreat week we combine this feeling in the towel with a meditation on your own personality. After a phase of getting used to the hammock, we will exploit the versatility of Aerial Yoga in dynamic and in gentler hours. With the support of the cloth, body and mind can experience relaxation and body awareness in a completely new way. Your body is carried by the aerial cloth and wrapped in a cocoon, allowing you to experience lightness, security and weightlessness. The subsequent creative exploration of geometric shapes, colors and other types of design can release both joy and feelings of happiness. What drives me? What fills me with joy? What are my preferences and outstanding skills? For each individual aspect, graphic symbols are designed under professional guidance and arranged in a decorative way in an ornament, as a persogram, a kind of symbol of your individuality. The finished pergram serves as a reflection of your unique existence. As we look, we remember our essence and focus on the many possibilities that life has to offer.
