This workshop is for people interested in perfecting their yoga skills with a program starting at 07:00 and ending in the evening with a beach outing withpractice, paddle and swimming. During this workshop, you will experience a process of intense practice of Hatha yoga, Qi gong and meditation, yoga philosophy, and live cooking in an Ayurvedic workshop. This workshop is therefore for people who wish to be in a sustained practice. Besides, thanks to the Mediterranean seaside environment and its mild climate until December, the proximity of nature and sea bursting with light, this is the ideal place to harmonize your body to your mind and reach your optimal physical and mental health. In october the water is still good for swimming.
