The 50 Hr YIN YTT teaches you all about bodily alignment. Additionally, it also teaches you about the Yin and the Nervous system, the evolution of Yin, Philosophy, mudras, bandhas, postures, meditation, and pranayama techniques. You will get into a routine at the ashram and will be in sync with the principles of yoga.

Practicing teacher-guided Yoga on a daily basis in a natural and a non-obsessive way.

We serve vegetarian satvik food to all our students, cooked at home three times. We serve herbal tea twice a day. The staff makes special arrangements for students who eat vegetarian food.
The staff makes complete arrangements for the meals from Monday's breakfast to Saturday's lunch.
Due to leave at the end of the week, our kitchen workers are not available for Saturday's dinner and the entire Sunday.
