Why Healthy Philosophy?
Philosophy means the love of knowledge and wisdom, it is an approach which aims at an understanding of the world and life. It is a search for truth which is guided by questioning about the world, knowledge and human existence. Philosophy can be conceived as an activity of creation, meditation, definition and analysis of concepts such as good, evil, beauty and justice. It can also be seen as a quest for truth, freedom, meaning, consciousness, in short a quest for happiness and the meaning of life.
Healthy, because we cannot be happy if we do not have health. Our daily choices are in our hands, eating healthily, getting fresh air and sunlight whenever possible, walking, exercising, getting away from stress, keeping a calm mind, getting enough sleep, and regularly giving yourself moments just for yourself.
