08:00 - Indoors Vinyasa Flow yoga morning class (75 minutes)
09:30 - Delicious healthy veggie brunch as buffet with the option to prepare a snack for lunch
10:00 - Free time for relaxing, soak up the sun at the saltwater pool, go for a walk at the coast line, enjoy a nice chat with like-minded people - join in for a surfing lesson, book your massage or any other treatment available, use the well-equipped gym for your workout, book a SUP, guided Mountain bike Tour, or simple relax, read a book or do nothing!
17:30 - 30-minute meditation
18:15 - Restorative yoga, soft flow or Yin yoga class (75 minutes)
19:30 - Tasty veggie dinner as a buffet
The benefits that yoga can have on surfing are far-reaching, whether it’s through strength, balance, flexibility, or breathing techniques. On a physical level, yoga provides important pre-board stretches and allows the body to recover faster from the surf sessions. Joints become warmer and are opened, helping you to improve your flexibility, stability, and energy. Learning how to breathe and clear your mind will help you to stay calm and relaxed and to tighten your focus, catching your best wave ever.

The cuisine, gourmet international, presents a wide range of healthy and tasteful meals, easily adaptable to the different requirements of our clients, from vegan, egg-dairy-vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free or raw-food.
We use good quality seasonal, locally-sourced fruits, and vegetables, and according to Eduardo´s words, "cooking and eating are an art", all the meals are artfully prepared with care, patience, and pleasure.
