This Soulful Yoga and Self-Love Retreat is a unique 6-day portal for exploring what it means to truly live with awareness and compassion in our everyday lives. We prepare our meals with mostly organic locally sourced and seasonal fruits and vegetables, and all meals are plant-based (vegetarian) and easily adaptable to diets such as vegan, and dairy-free.
