We welcome everybody from 15:00 on arrival day. After settling in, we will all meet and connect with a welcome drink and tapas.
Before dinner, we will meet for your first workshop; opening your heart compassionately for yourself. At around 19:30 we will have dinner.

Lunch will be at around 2:00 p.m. Usually, afternoons are free to spend any way you want. (Of course, nothing is obliged). We offer a refreshing drink at around 5:30 p.m.
At around 7:30 p.m., we will join you for dinner. The rest of the evening is free. Most days follow this structure more or less. On Wednesday, we will offer a trip meaning that there will not be any session that day except for the 60-minute morning session.

This organic neuro-physical learning is the foundation of the Feldenkrais method and the NIA holistic dance movement practice that I offer in this retreat.
Instead of imposing movements and postures, I invite you to play with movement ideas arising from everyday activities, sensations, emotions, thoughts, visualizations, nature, and energetic qualities.
We engage with your nervous system and strengthen your sense of self through imagination, exploration, sensory awareness, and movement creativity.
As a result, you develop a fuller understanding of yourself. This helps you recognize underlying limiting emotional, mental, and physical habits and create new powerful ways to move through life effortlessly, resiliently, and full of energy.
Usually, the more dynamic NIA dance movement sessions take place in the morning. In the afternoon sessions, I use the Feldenkrais method.
In the Feldenkrais sessions, you are invited to move - lying on the floor, sometimes standing or sitting - at a gentle pace, in a way that feels comfortable and joyful for you, with your attention in your body and with the inner sensations. Most movements are done small and slowly.
Expressive art self-inquiry is woven throughout all sessions.
