Of course, part of a balanced life is to allow your body to rest and relax. We would therefore like to invite you to spend six relaxing days together in Mallorca. You start the day with an energizing yoga session on the terrace. Then follow a healthy breakfast to strengthen your body. We continue every day with a carefully considered activity and a Yin yoga session before a healthy dinner together.

You start the day with a yoga session together that matches the respective chakra. Afterwards you eat your vegetarian breakfast together and then discuss what you are doing that day. Suitable for the weather.
In the afternoon, if you are there, there will be a snack. In the evening you meet together for another yoga session on the appropriate chakra, but this time for Yin Yoga.
Chakra yoga
During yoga sessions you travel through your chakras together. A chakra is an energy center located along the spine.
Chakras are literally vortices/wheels that usually rotate clockwise and are open outwards like a flower. Through these we absorb energy and release it again.
Normally the chakras, 7 main chakras in number, are balanced so that we feel in balance with life.
Highlights:
The organizers will prepare something healthy and fresh for you twice a day, and there will also be a healthy snack at lunch/afternoon (e.g. homemade banana bread, quiche).
