The innovative method, “Meditative Hatha Vinyasa,” gives you mastery in stillness, joy in movement, harmony in breathing, and depth in mindfulness, and presents a new way of meditation with celebration. The daily schedule is spacious and compassionate that allows you to have sweet assimilation and integration of everyday learnings. This 22-day course is from Monday to Saturday and every Sunday is a day off that gives you plenty of time to play, bond with your peers, have fun, and explore the rich culture, green jungles, and beaches of Bali.
In the first half of the day, you will have daily morning practice to discover your own body, breath, and mind in a new way each day with skillfully designed asana, breathing, and meditation practices. In the second half of the day, build on your morning self-practice by observing and teaching in a buddy or group setting, allowing you to grow as a teacher right from the start of your training. Fast-track your progress by participating in an interactive, loving, and supportive environment, where you can observe and learn from one another without hesitation, enabling you to recognize and develop your inner teacher.
