At this 5 night Caribbean retreat, guests can expect a combination of activity, exploration, and luxury. Each morning begins with an invigorating workout at sunrise. Your heart is pumping and you are ready to take on the day learning new information about the region and about yourself. This is a women-only retreat. Surrounded by like-minded women, a shared joy for life and movement, provides the setting for friendships to bloom.

The retreat itinerary is curated by your local Mexican hosts. At Copal, they are passionate about sharing the vibrancy of Mexico’s energy, culture, and landscape with the rest of the world. There's a perfect balance between relaxation and play set up for the entire retreat. With the right amount of tours, activities, and free time, you are in control of what your schedule looks like.
There will be fitness classes daily including cardio class, strength training sessions, and yoga! But if you don’t want to participate, you are not required! There will be plenty to do each day including field trips and other activities. You can make the retreat what you want - all relaxation or all adventure! At all times, you will be encouraged to listen to and celebrate your own body. Sessions will be all levels with progressions or modifications presented!
This retreat includes field trips to visit a fresh water well (cenotes) for cliff jumping and snorkeling, a deep tissue massage, an excursion to a Mayan village including another cenote visit and an authentic lunch made by the locals, and a half day Catamaran tour with open bar.
Throughout the day, the in-house chef creates one of a kind home-cooked meals with local cuisine and fresh ingredients. Welcome to a retreat that boasts it all: Positive vibes, time taken for yourself, fiery fitness, and exploration of the Caribbean sea and Mayan jungle!
