This 50-hour Pranayama/Breathwork Teacher Training Course is designed for anyone who has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course.
This course gives students the opportunity to go deeper into the practice of pranayama.
Prana, the science of breathing, anatomy of the respiratory system, energy channels, and basic and advanced breathing techniques will be covered in the course.
This 50-hour course provides an education certificate that can be used for a continued education program with Yoga Alliance (as per their requirement of at least 30 hours of continued education every three years in order to maintain their teacher registration).
If you have completed any 200-hour yoga teacher training program, this course is ideal to deepen your studies and to gain more information about the practice of pranayama.
