Experience Overview
This is a spacious week to drop into your body, quiet your mind, and ground back into your center. Stunning nature and intentional practices will serve as a gateway back home to yourself. As this retreat occurs in mid-autumn, during Scorpio season and the dark moon, you will be playing with the theme of death and rebirth. Offering yourself a space to shed dead skins and emerge into a deeper sense of embodiment. Practices will be curated to facilitate a deep dive into your inner realms, always with a soft and feminine approach. At Sirena Retreats, they value moving slowly, steeping in presence, and soaking in the sacredness of simplicity. There is a teaching and a gift in every moment if you open yourself to perceive it.
