Experience Overview
Deep practice of yoga, the sense of peace it brings, and the sense of balance that it brings are all useful when you are about the make changes in your life. These may be changes in terms of how you think, how you relate to others, or how you relate to the world. Yoga Sutra Shala has a lot of experience in running yoga retreats with several different themes in Spain. On Yoga Sutra Shala's retreat, you can be sure that the quality of excellence in every aspect is constantly maintained and that a warm homely atmosphere, as well as personal attention for each guest, is guaranteed. This retreat is designed to teach you yoga and meditation techniques that will allow you to change the way you relate to life in terms of developing a healthy mind and a healthy body.
The food that is served is carefully selected, organic and plant-based. To us it is vital that the quality of the food is the absolute best you can get from the Valencian Community. All ingredients are delivered here by local organic farmers several times a week, to ensure that they are always fresh and tasty.
All meals are vegan and wheat free. At this moment in time, Yoga Sutra Shala is unable to cater to nut allergies or diets that are not balanced in all food groups such as the paleo diet. All other allergies can be catered for.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to come on the retreat or the teacher training course that you have
booked, please notify us at least a month before you are due to arrive and we can either:
1. Refund your deposit payment minus a 50€ administration fee.
or
2. Allocate your deposit to another retreat or teacher training course date that you specify
at the time of your cancellation.
If you cancel or postpone your retreat or teacher training course within a month of your
arrival date, your deposit payment will be kept by us to cover administration and contribute
towards the costs for filling your place.
An additional deposit payment will be due on any subsequent booking that you make.
