5 days of full immersion with yoga classes, healthy and tasty vegetarian meals, sharing, relaxing atmosphere and hikes that will recharge you. This course aims to teach, nourish, encourage and inspire in a calm, soothing and inspiring place. Sit down, breathe and find harmony between body, breath and mind.
You will be served delicious vegetarian meals freshly prepared in-house using organic and seasonal ingredients whenever possible. The food served is 'sattvic', meaning pure, to nourish the body and consciousness. Coffee and black tea are not offered, so as not to consume artificial stimulants that could affect the practice of yoga. A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price. The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled. The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
